Teddy is a fun-loving dog. He loves to play and may just need some basic obedience training - he is dying for love and attention. True to his breed, he has a lot of energy and will need an active home. Teddy was rescued from the euthanasia list so much of his history is unknown. However, he has adapted well to a boarding facility and plays fetch with the staff and with toys. He loves to run around in the fenced yard. Teddy would thrive in an active household with a large backyard to play. As noted above, much of his history is unknown, but his foster reports that he slept well in his kennel and seems to be house-trained. He does have some separation anxiety given his sad past, but likely will warm up to a routine and consistent love. Teddy is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. No medical or dietary needs known. Teddy normally has long beautiful hair, but he came to us severely matted, and the only option was to shave it all. When it grows back, it needs regular love and care.
