ANDY GIRL IS%A0LOOKING FOR%A0A%A0COUCH TO%A0CALL HOME %9D%A4%8F %90PLEASE SHARE, SHARE, SHARE, SHARE%90 Unfortunately, I have to find a very special new home for my baby girl, Andy. This is an incredibly difficult decision & I want to be as honest & thorough as possible so I can find the right home for her. Andy Girl is a wonderful , energy filled , strong 3-year-old, 45 lb female American Staffordshire Terrier / Pocket Bully (American Bully). - NOT A PITBULL OR PITMIX OR POCKET PITTIE Ideally, I'd love for her to stay in Santa Barbara County with someone who has experience with strong, energetic breeds and can give her the time, structure, training, exercise, and attention she needs. She would do best as the only pet in the home and without toddlers or babies. Someone who likes to go on hikes, runs, beach runs, and is very active and home all the time . She would need a large, securely fenced yard with a 6-8+ foot solid fence would be very important for her , no chain link fences(she can climb and hop 6' easily). Otherwise if you live in an apartment, you should be very active and take her out as often as possible . Andy is a very athletic girl who LOVES to run, play fetch, and play tug. She has a lot of personality and can be a handful in the best way. Although she's 45 lbs, she definitely thinks she's much bigger! She has decent house manners and is kennel trained and knows quite a few commands, including:%BD'off,' 'down,' 'place,' 'go to your spot,' 'go to bed,' 'lay down,' 'stay,' 'gentle,' 'paw,' 'shake,' 'come,' 'no,' 'leave it,' 'wait,' and 'watch.' She does not have reliable off-leash recall, so I use a 100-foot leash when letting her run and play fetch in appropriate areas. She is also very athletic and has figured out how to climb chain-link fencing, so a secure, tall, solid fence is a must for her safety. Andy is not comfortable around other animals besides some dogs. With that being said, she can meet calm, neutral dogs appropriately with a slow, controlled introduction walk and always on leash & preferably with her muzzle (also because she will eat anything off the ground) for her safety. Because of her strength & energy, I'm looking for someone who understands how important responsible introductions, boundaries, & supervision are. She is a very loving, playful, smart, goofy girl, and this is NOT a decision I'm making lightly. My biggest priority is finding someone who truly understands her personality and can give her the BEST home for the rest of her life. I'm happy to answer serious questions privately and provide more information about Andy to anyone who may genuinely be a good fit. Please be kind in the comments-this is already an extremely difficult decision for me. %9D%A4%8F *THERE WILL BE A HOME CHECK & REHOMING FEE TO ENSURE HER SAFETY AND WELL BEING
