About Bailey

Bailey has been waiting for someone to choose her-and mean forever. Found abandoned and alone near Tractor Supply at just five weeks old, Bailey was a tiny, emaciated puppy with hairless patches that appeared to be burn marks. Her hair has grown back, but some scarring remains-a reminder of how far she's come. Today, this one-year-old, 52 pound, sweetheart is all about toys, playtime, and bedtime snuggles. She wants to be close to her people and included in their lives. Bailey is house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. She enjoys other dogs with proper introductions and is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her shots. A brief adoption didn't become the forever home everyone hoped for. Bailey returned still loving, but more easily frightened. Quick movements can make her duck, and car rides worry her. She needs someone who will teach gently, move patiently, and help her feel safe. She's still young, with occasional playful puppy nibbles and plenty to learn. Her caregiver gave her a loving start; now she needs a family with time for walks, play, reassurance, and companionship. Her adoption fee is $150, and she will only be placed in a home that is the perfect fit for her.
