Shaggy is a 4 year old, 42-pound American Bulldog with a lovable heart and a sweet personality that makes you root for him. He's been waiting for a home for quite some time, and he needs someone who understands that learning to TRUST humans takes time. Shaggy is still very scared of many things. Even with people he knows, he sometimes flinches when a hand reaches out to pet him. He needs a patient family who will let him approach, feel safe, and build confidence at his own pace. Every little step forward matters.
