About Sadie

Meet Sadie! Sadie is a 7-8-year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart as big as her smile. At 98 pounds, she's a happy-go-lucky girl who has been waiting for her forever family since December 2021-and everyone who meets her wonders why. With her bubbly personality, Sadie brings joy wherever she goes. She's always up for a car ride, especially if it ends with an ice cream treat or a stroll through an open field where she can happily explore. Squeaky toys are one of her favorite things, and she'll happily entertain herself with one. Sadie is a staff and volunteer favorite thanks to her loving nature and wonderful manners. She's kennel trained, never makes a mess in her kennel, and is an easy companion to have around. She prefers calmer canine friends and can be a little timid around high-energy dogs, so she'd do best with a lower-energy companion. If you already have a dog, a meet-and-greet will help make sure they're a great match.
