Nitushi is aggressive over foods with other dogs and if a dog is running toward him.He is reactive. He is not good with animals especially if on leash or through glass. He knows several commands like 'go around,come,stay with mom/Dad,cross- for crossing streets,playing fetch- not so good with giving it back you have to make him lie down to & say drop it. He knows adaptive signs fir sit ( balled fist with knuckles facing his face)stay ( fingers closed back of hand facing him) and wait (1 hand ,loose fingers willing while hand moves back & forth) he is great with kids,loves to run on beaches,lakes & hiking. We keep him on collar in public settings, restaurants, walks ect... He has attacked my service dog several times in my RV. I walk them on collars 3& 4x per day. He is trained to hold it for up to 8 hrs as my kids have been having kids. But I can no longer leave him in my RV alone with my service dog as he has hurt him2x in the past wk. I would love to find him a home where he can help keep critters away & be loved by a good man/ woman. He is my husband's best freind but we cant allow him to keep attacking our service dog everytime we open something to eat. I buy them treats & we play its Tushi's turn or Noshoba's turn well. He is a great boy just very reactive & set off by food & animals. Pls help me id hate to take him to the humane society but we must leave Jacksonville today for a job in salem. Ty, Tess Howard
