About Bjorn

Bjorn is a 4-year-old purebred long-haired German Shepherd from working lines. We got him as a puppy from Von Reich Haus German Shepherds. He is smart, energetic, and loyal, fully potty trained, and well trained with an e-collar. He loves people and used to go to the off-leash dog park all the time. He thrives on daily exercise and having a job to do. He gets very excited when meeting new people and may jump up, so he needs an owner who keeps reinforcing manners. He has never bitten another dog, but he can be assertive and likes to show dominance, so he does best with calm introductions and an experienced handler. We're expecting our second baby and can no longer give him the exercise he needs. It was a very hard decision. We hope to find an active home with large-breed or working-breed experience, where he gets plenty of exercise, training, and attention.
