About Lola Ann

Lola is a sweet, smart, and affectionate 8 year old English Pointer mix who is looking for a calm, loving home. She weighs about 40 pounds and is spayed. Lola is truly the sweetest girl with adults. She loves to cuddle on the couch or the bed, knows several commands, and is trained on an electronic collar. Our family is heartbroken to be rehoming her. Lola has been growling at our 2 year old, and with another baby on the way, we can't take the chance of something happening. She has never bitten anyone. We have gone back and forth a million times, and we know this is what's best for her. She deserves a life where she can be free and loved, not kept behind a gate. Lola needs a quiet home with no young children and no other pets, as she can be aggressive toward other animals. She has some separation anxiety and takes trazodone when needed. She would be a wonderful companion for a single person or a couple. We are moving out of state shortly and hope to find her the right home soon.
