About

Siberian Husky / Border Terrier
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

My dog needs to be adopted. She bit my thumb by accident trying to get food out of my hand. I cannot have her here since I have a kid, I cannot risk her biting food out of my kids hand. I called an animal officer since she broke skin. He said I have until Friday for someone to adopt her out of here or she will need to be picked up and put down because there are too many dogs and she now has bit me so it's in her history. I cannot have her here at all since I have a kid here and she's a liability around food. Everytime we eat I now have to put her in the bathroom. Please find someone to pick her up. She does well around other huskies and big dogs. She is anxiety prone. Trazadone helps her. I was laid off my job in June so I cannot afford the behavioral training she needs or the liability. Best in homes with adults and more dogs. She does like attention and gets lonely. She calms down around Alaskan malamutes. She is an Alaskan husky mix with caddle dog. She gets aggressive around food. All other times she's not aggressive. She is high energy and needs a home with adults owners with no kids and with other huskies or a lab.
