Meet Ginger Spice! 3 years old �'ۢ 50 pounds �'ۢ Black Mouth Cur mix After spending more than a YEAR with us, Ginger Spice finally got her chance to go into foster-and the transformation has been absolutely incredible. For so long, we knew there was a wonderful dog hiding behind the fear. Now she's finally getting to show us who she really is: Chasing lizards and getting the zoomies Giving kisses Loving the recliner and couch Playing with toys Meeting new people with curiosity instead of fear Learning what it means to actually live in a home-and she is a ROCKSTAR! Ginger has discovered that life can be about so much more than a kennel. She knows what a couch feels like. She knows how fun toys are. She knows how good kisses are. And most importantly, she's learning what HOME feels like. Ginger would do best in a home without cats. A canine sibling could be a great fit with an easygoing dog and slow, steady introductions. Sometimes, the dog you see in a kennel isn't the dog at all. Ginger Spice is proof of that. She just needed someone to give her a chance.
