About Gary

MEET GARY! Gary is a handsome 7-8-year-old male Terrier mix who is neutered, crate trained, and house trained! This boy has already mastered some of the important things that make life with a dog easier. Gary knows his routine, too! After meals, he heads straight to the back door to let you know it's time to go outside. How smart is that?! What about cats? Gary is currently considered cat-safe, but he is VERY interested in his feline friends! He tends to invade their personal space and has been known to try to hump them, so we're working on redirecting his attention and teaching him a little kitty etiquette. Apparently, Gary hasn't quite figured out that cats appreciate personal space! Gary is a work in progress, but he's learning, and with continued guidance, patience, and positive reinforcement, he can keep building good habits. If you're looking for a sweet Terrier mix to welcome into your home and help continue his journey, Gary might just be your guy! Gary is ready to find his forever family!
