SANDY**2-4 YEAR OLD FEMALE**MALTESE/BICHON MIX**12 POUNDS** Sandy is being fostered in the Richmond, VA area. She came to us from a county shelter after she was surrender by her owner, along with Oliver who we believe is her baby. Sandy weighs 12 lbs so the perfect size to take everywhere with you. She considered herself perfectly lap sized and is happy curled up after a day of playing or exploring the neighborhood on walks with her favorite person. Sandy has an affectionate spirit and was described by the Daycamp staff as being confident and comfortable with her play group and the staff. Unfortunately Sandy is not house trained but she does seem familiar with puppy pads. Her foster Mom is working with her but she will need structure and someone patient with her to continue this training. Sandy and Oliver's sweet personalities and mother/son bond make them an unforgettable pair but they can be adopted separately.
