About Banjo

Banjo is a male (neutered) Miniature Aussie Born 10-18-2018. (8 years old.). He is up to date on all shots. About 25 pounds. Friendly with dogs but might need some intro to any dogs in a new home. Apprehensive of strangers but warms up once he knows someone. He is happy to relax at home and have an occasional walk. Banjo isn't good with small children and should go to a home with adults only. We have had him since he was a puppy and he has been a great pet. We are sad to be rehoming him due to 2 bite incidents with our toddler approaching him and making him feel cornered. We want to be very transparent about these incidents so that something like this doesn't happen again in his next home. We had no problems with him until small children came into the picture, and we understand how hard that can be for a dog. We hope to find him a home where he can provide companionship and cuddles to a loving new owner. He loves a game of fetch and runs after a ball FAST (and brings it back)! He loves jumping into the pool after balls and does well on walks. He has been trained in the sport of agility and competes at beginning levels.
