About Mojave

�٠�Beautiful boy Mojave must be adopted/rescued by TUESDAY 11/3 or he will be euthanized the next morning �'�%BC��%8F Stunning, soft eyed senior Mojave he needs your help! Originally known as Otis, he arrived @ North Central Shelter back on September 26th, 2021 after his owner could no longer keep him due to landlord restrictions. He had lived with children ages 3, 10 & 15 yrs old����He was quickly adopted and thought all his problems were behind him. On September 10th, 2026 Mojave found himself @ North Central, once again ���� Surrendered for no known reason, with no notes about his previous life before coming back to the shelter. He arrived underweight and quickly developed discharge from his eyes (since cleared). �%9D%A4��%8F�'�%8D�٩� Mojave was scared in his kennel at first, retreating to his cubby and hesitant to come out. He was timid with volunteers but would approach for treats and we quickly learned how much this skinny boy loves his goodies. He's a smart dog with a good obedience foundation. He'll make nice eye contact and give you his paw when you ask for it ��%90Sometimes even sneaking a little bit of the best stuff when you're not looking ha! When out in the yard with dogs he is gentle & dainty, tolerant, anxious seeking comfort from handlers in the yard. He can be a little pushy but doesn't seem to recognize that he is. Mojave has shown to be anxious inside the small glass meet rooms so his person will give him space to become comfortable in new environments ��� Unfortunately due to kennel he has now been slated for euthanasia �'�%BC��%8F You can help Mojave by Sharing, offering to Foster or Adopting�%9D���%8FCOME IN TO NORTH CENTRAL ASAP TO MEET HIM!
