About Minnie

Meet Minnie! At just 8 pounds, this 10-year-old Chihuahua/Pekingese mix is a professional cuddler with a talent for kindly requesting pets. She loves being close to her people but is also happy doing her own thing between cuddle sessions. She's a wonderful little companion who makes the cutest little squeaks when she's excited, LOVES butt rubs, and enjoys sitting on the top of the couch. Minnie came from a home with more than 50 dogs and is discovering just how wonderful the good life can be. She can be shy and unsure around new people and unfamiliar things but treats are a great way to win her over. Minnie believes snacks are a perfectly reasonable way to build a friendship. Once she feels comfortable, Minnie's sweet, cuddly, and silly personality shines. She is good with cats and dogs and could happily live with other animals or be your one and only. She's already learned that potty time happens outside or on puppy pads, and she's learning that walks can be fun. Minnie is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, build confidence, and enjoy all the cuddles her little heart desires.
