About KC

It breaks my heart to have to do this, but after going through a divorce, I unfortunately can no longer take my sweet girl KC with me. I want to find her a loving home where she will be safe, cared for, and loved for the rest of her life. KC is a 9-year-old Chiweenie with a very sweet personality. She survived parvo as a puppy, but unfortunately, it left her with an esophagus problem that requires a little extra care and patience. When KC gets overly excited or eats too quickly, she can regurgitate her food. She wears a special pillow that keeps her head elevated and helps reduce these episodes. She needs someone who understands her condition, is patient with her at mealtimes, and is willing to give her the extra attention she needs. KC isn't asking for much - just someone who will be gentle with her, give her lots of love, and make sure she feels safe and comfortable.
