About LADY LILLIAN

LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY - Within a one-hour drive of Pensacola, Florida. LADY LILLIAN is a 10-week-old, 3-pound, 14-ounce Maltipoo who came to us as an owner surrender. She is an adorable, happy little girl who loves people and attention. She's affectionate, outgoing, and full of personality. She enjoys being part of whatever is happening around her and is always happy to settle in for some cuddles. LADY LILLIAN loves the other dogs in her foster home and would be best with another young playful dog that can match her energy. She is a playful, active puppy who loves to run, tumble, and chase her furry friends around the house. She has a funny, mischievous personality and can often be seen racing through the house with a furry friend. We do not know how she would be around cats and she's too little to go to a home with small children. Like most puppies her age, LADY LILLIAN has some very sharp little teeth and thinks everything, including fingers and toes, might be a chew toy. She will need appropriate toys, supervision, and consistent training as she learns her puppy manners. LADY LILLIAN has already learned to use the dog door but is still working on housebreaking. Her new family will need to continue her training with patience and consistency. We feel she would do best with a securely fenced yard where she can safely run and play. At night, LADY LILLIAN loves sleeping in the big bed with her person. Her beautiful coat will require regular brushing and professional grooming throughout her life. LADY LILLIAN has an inguinal hernia that will require surgical repair. Our veterinarian would like her to reach approximately five pounds before performing the repair and her spay. Both procedures will be covered by the rescue. Because of her upcoming veterinary appointments and surgery, she must be adopted within a one-hour drive of Pensacola, Florida. *To meet or adopt one of our dogs, you must first submit an adoption application for review. We adopt within a 6 hour drive to Pensacola. Puppies and dogs with pending vet appointments, and dogs with behavioral or medical issues are only adoptable locally (within 1 hour to Pensacola).
