About Ace

ACE IS RUNNING OUT OF TIME. HE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE. Meet Ace. He's only 18 months old, weighs just 15 lbs, and has a heart big enough to love everyone he meets. Through a heartbreaking tragedy, Ace was separated from his family and the life he knew. Through no fault of his own, this sweet little boy has ended up in a crowded, high-risk shelter, where he is now on the euthanasia list because of limited space and time. Please let that sink in. A life that could be filled with years of love may end simply because there isn't enough room. And Ace? He is everything you could hope for in a companion. He loves to be held and cuddled. He is affectionate, gentle, and incredibly sweet. He's a smart little guy who is eager to connect with people. He loves children. He gets along with cats. He loves other dogs. He has a playful side, too, and is ready to share his love with a family of his own. Ace can be a little submissive, but beneath that gentle nature is a loving, playful little dog who wants nothing more than to feel safe and belong. He didn't ask for his world to change. He didn't ask to lose his family. And he certainly didn't ask to end up in a shelter, waiting for someone to decide whether his life gets another chance. But you can change his story. Ace deserves a home where he can curl up in someone's arms, follow his favorite person from room to room, play, feel safe, and finally know that he isn't going to lose everything again.
