About Pepper

Meet Pepper, a sweet 9-month-old schnauzer mix looking for a stable forever home, this time for good.* *Pepper is spayed, up to date on shots, and microchipped, and she comes with her vet records and surrender paperwork (no supplies). She is potty trained, though she may have an accident or two while she's settling into a new place, and she's not fully crate trained - she sleeps best near her person.* *She's a playful, loving girl who loves chasing flying objects and has gotten along with other dogs. She does best on a steady routine: scheduled meals (no grazing), a daily skin-allergy chew, and a retractable leash - a properly fitted harness may work too. Loud noises startle her, and she panics if left alone outside, so she needs a calm, patient person who will stick with her routine.* *Her last home did not work out, and she's had a lot of change in her short life. What she needs most is stability: another dog and/or someone home most of the time, plus a yard (fenced preferred).
