Absolutely! ٤ Playful and loves toys? You bet! Birdie is the kind of dog who makes life a little sweeter just by being in it. She's playful, affectionate, smart, and ready to be someone's very best friend. At 28 lbs, she's a nice, manageable size without sacrificing any of the personality! %9D%A4%8F HER STORY When Birdie first arrived at the shelter, she was at the brink of death due to severe malnutrition. The shaved areas on her legs are reminders of just how bad things were. Thankfully, the shelter acted quickly, and Birdie got the help she desperately needed. Despite having once been so hungry that she was fighting for her life, Birdie has shown no food aggression. She has come so far, and now she's thriving and showing everyone what a wonderful dog she truly is. She's survived the worst. Now she deserves the best. Birdie doesn't need a miracle anymore. She needs a family. Someone to toss her a toy, scratch those soft ears, laugh at her wonky one, and give her the security of a home where she'll always be loved. She's a fantastic dog with so much love to give.
