About Misha

Misha is a sweet senior Maltese girl who was surrendered to the shelter by her family and arrived in rough shape, with badly matted fur and terrible dental issues. She waited patiently for her family to return, but they never did, and her time ran out - she was scheduled to be euthanized before Dexter rescued her just in time. She is a little scared of new people but warms up with a little time, and is very loving once she knows you, well behaved, and ready to shower her person with love. Even though she is 10 yrs old, small dogs like Misha live well into their late teens, so she is barely middle-aged. Her foster insists she goes to a retired person or someone who works from home - not someone gone all day.
