Hi everyone, we are making the extremely difficult decision to re-home our 5-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Finn. He has been in our family since he was 7 weeks old, but unfortunately he has bit my husband and a couple family members on a few occasions from anxiety and resource guarding (food). He is nervous around small children and would do best in a child-free home, or a home with older children. He does well at doggy daycare, but has a strong herding instinct and dominant demeanor. He needs a loving home with lots of outdoor space to run around. He loves people and showing you his toys. He is potty and crate trained to sleep in his crate, and goes into his crate on command. He also knows basic commands. We love him dearly but we want to have kids in the near future and worry he will bite out of anxiety.
