About Jago

Those ears! Jago is a German Shepherd / Australian Shepherd mix puppy with ears that have already decided to stand up and pay attention to everything. Born June 26, 2026, Jago and his brother Kenzo were pulled from a rural Georgia shelter and are being raised in a foster home with big dogs - and they adore them. Jago is a playful, bright little boy who loves romping with the big dogs, exploring the yard, and then crashing hard for a puppy nap. The Shepherd in him will grow into a loyal, devoted companion, and the Aussie in him brings the smarts and the fun. He is looking for a family ready for puppy school, puppy energy, and a best friend for life. Jago is microchipped, dewormed, and on heartworm and flea prevention. He sees the vet on November 2 for his vaccinations and will be ready to go home as of November 3 - applications are welcome now. He has not been neutered yet because of his age. An adoption application is required - please email [email protected] for an application. Our adoption contract will require that he be neutered at an appropriate age. Adoption fee: $350. Located in Summerville, GA. Transport can be arranged.
