About Pepper

Pepper was born on March 27 2025 and we adopted her June 2025 as our second dog. We have a 8year old daughter and at first Pepper fit right into our family. We enjoyed the past year with Pepper but unfortunately we now have to make the heart breaking decision to rehome her. Pepper has redirected aggression with our first dog and has bitten him 3 times now. It's clear we can no longer give pepper the extra training and support she deserves. Normally she is calm and loving and just wants to cuddle with her people on a couch or a bed. She's been the best big girl to our daughter and is a protective family dog. Pepper does have anxiety especially around new situations so she will need a home with ample patience and a willingness to work with her on her separation anxiety and managing her aggression with other dogs.
