About Boo or Sky

Two lovely cats previously owned by my father, who passed last August, need another loving home. They are currently available for adoption under the names of Boo (Sky) and Finley at Cat Depot located in Sarasota, FL. We thought we found a good home for them but they ended up at the North Port, FL fire station and ultimately surrendered by the new owner. Fortunately, Finley is chipped to my contact information and Officer Stephanie of the Sarasota County Animal Control called me. With the help of friends Jeanette and Pam, Cat Depot in Sarasota, FL accepted both cats and gave Finley dental care. We love both cats. They are beautiful with Norwegian Forest Cat heritage. Our cat, Tough-E, has the same genetic heritage but our 'Viking' cat will have a hard time sharing her food buffet and multiple beds throughout our house with two more cats. But both of these cats are buddies and have comforted each other through the trauma of losing their beloved owner (my father) and ultimately wemt back to Cat Depot for another adoption. We are so grateful for all of the assistance of those who cared for our family pets (and saved their lives) and pray that they can be adopted together into another loving household.
