About Indian Ringneck Parrot

Cecile is an approximately 7 year old Indian Ringneck Parrot. She is a little skittish and it takes time for her to warm up to people. She enjoys the company of people and birds; she has tried on many occasions to interact with my other birds. She is very vocal and active and not an apartment bird. She is also cage aggressive, however, I have never been bit by her. She is on a pellet diet (Roudybush) and I am more than happy to include her current cage as it is only about 1 1/2 years old. I have had Cecile since Spring 2019 and, due to extenuating circumstances, I am unable to bring her with when I move.
