About Phoenix (Female)

Meet Phoenix (A292244)! Phoenix is at Pinal County Animal Care & Control in Casa Grande, AZ, and has been waiting for a loving home since August 28, 2026. Phoenix is a beautiful, 8-year-old spayed girl weighing 62 pounds, with a gentle heart and so much love to give! This sweet girl was surrendered to the shelter when her owner could no longer properly care for her. She arrived with another dog who has since been adopted, leaving Phoenix behind waiting for someone to choose her. Phoenix is an absolute sweetheart with wonderful manners! She is housetrained, crate trained, walks nicely on leash, and knows her basic commands. According to her previous owner, she is good with men, women, children, other dogs, and even cats! And here's something special about Phoenix. She's such a well-behaved girl that she's even earned the title of shelter office dog! She enjoys spending time with people and has shown what a wonderful companion she can be. The heartbreaking part is that Phoenix is spending her golden years in a shelter when she should be relaxing in a comfortable home surrounded by love. She has already known what it's like to have a family, and now she's waiting for someone to give her that happiness again. Phoenix has the manners, the training, and a heart full of love. All she's missing is a family to call her own! If you have other dogs or children at home, the shelter recommends bringing them for a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is a good match. Please don't overlook this wonderful senior girl! Come meet Phoenix and give her the loving home she deserves! Pinal County Animal Care & Control 1150 S.
