About Don-HELP, URGENT!!!

The shelter is critically over-capacity, meaning it has to euthanize good doggies due to limited number of kennels, space limitation!!! Is a crapshoot which dogs are chosen. Pure bred Shepherds are not adoptable through the shelter, Chicago Animal Care and Control, can only go through a rescue org, so harder to get out to safety, since the rescue orgs. need fosters (can be fostered or foster to adopt through a rescue org). The following info. about cutie Don is from the rescue org: Don is 3 years old. Came in as a lost dog and was pretty nervous when he came in, but he's warmed up and is pretty easy to handle. Knows sit and is food motivated. Enjoys fetch but doesn't always want to give up his ball. Did well while meeting another dog.
