This special needs boy is looking for rescue placement. He's named Bumper for good reason. This boy is completely blind and does find himself bumping into quite literally everything He comes to us as a stray found walking on the side of the road. He's very lucky a Good Samaritan spotted him and kept him out of harms way until we could respond. Shelter life is stressful for any animal. It can be even more confusing to an animal that is lacking vision. Although his spirits seem to be bright, we know placing him in a safer and easier to navigate environment is needed. A special harness has been ordered that will help him navigate his surroundings. Contact Julie asap 919 624 0059 of you can help.
