Meet Chloe, an adorable 6-year-old, 8-pound black and tan Pomeranian who is ready to steal your heart! �%9D%A4��%8F Chloe came to Sophia's Grace Foundation after her owner went to jail, leaving several dogs behind. Another rescue stepped in to help but quickly became overwhelmed and reached out to SGF for assistance. We were happy to welcome this precious little girl into our rescue family! And what a little sweetheart she is! �ٴ� Chloe is a social butterfly in a tiny, fluffy package! She absolutely LOVES meeting new people, going on outings, and being part of the action. Her foster mom has taken her to several community events, and Chloe has enjoyed every minute! She's always ready to make new friends and soak up all the attention she can get. But don't let her outgoing personality fool you. When the adventures are over, Chloe is equally happy curling up on the couch for some quality snuggle time. She's the perfect combination of adventure buddy and cuddle companion! ��ե Chloe does have a heart murmur that requires daily medication. The good news is that she's doing wonderfully on her medication and isn't letting her heart condition slow her down! She just needs a family committed to keeping up with her daily medication and veterinary care.
