About

This handsome boy is looking for a loving family who will give him the safe, comfortable home he deserves. His gorgeous long coat will require grooming, and we are looking for someone who understands the commitment of adopting a cat for life. He comes from a wonderful rescue in Kuwait that helps cats rescued from the streets and the black market. Sadly, many of these cats have very little chance of finding loving homes locally, so the rescue works hard to give them a second chance by finding forever families overseas. **Arrival:November 24 - Miami International Airport **Breed: Highland Fold (Longhaired Scottish Fold) **Gender:Male **Airport pickup in Miami is required. Adoption fee: $450 This fee helps cover his veterinary care and international transportation from Kuwait to the USA. A Little Note About Their Health: The cats coming from this rescue are generally healthy and receive veterinary care before traveling. However, it is a long journey, and the stress of international travel can sometimes trigger an upper respiratory infection. This does happen occasionally and is usually treatable, although antibiotics are only needed in certain cases. As with any animal arriving from overseas, we always recommend a veterinary checkup shortly after arrival, even if the cat appears perfectly healthy. We want adopters to be aware and prepared. Adoption Requirements: - Completed adoption application, - Veterinary reference, - Video tour of your home, or an in-person home visit if you live nearby. - Must be able to pick him up at Miami International Airport on November 24. - A loving, stable home committed to providing proper care and regular grooming These cats are rescues, not cats being imported for resale !!
