Meet this gorgeous Highland Fold boy! With his beautiful fluffy blue coat, adorable folded ears, he is absolutely stunning! Sadly, this handsome boy was found abandoned on the streets of Kuwait. Once someone's pet, he was left to fend for himself, with no one to care for him or keep him safe. Thankfully, a wonderful rescue took him in and gave him a second chance. Now, all he needs is a loving family who will make sure he never has to experience abandonment again. He comes from a rescue in Kuwait that helps cats rescued from the streets and the black market. Many of these cats have very little chance of finding loving homes locally, so the rescue works hard to find wonderful families overseas. Arrival: November 24 - Miami International Airport Breed: Highland Fold (Longhaired Scottish Fold) Gender: Male Color: Blue-gray Airport pickup in Miami is required. Adoption fee: $450 This fee helps cover his veterinary care and international transportation from Kuwait to the USA. A Little Note About Their Health: The cats coming from this rescue are generally healthy and receive veterinary care before traveling. However, it is a long journey, and the stress of international travel can sometimes trigger an upper respiratory infection. This does happen occasionally and is usually treatable, although antibiotics are only needed in certain cases. As with any animal arriving from overseas, we always recommend a veterinary checkup shortly after arrival, even if the cat appears perfectly healthy. We want adopters to be aware and prepared.
