Looking for a cat that LOVES leash walks and exploring with her human....and walks into her happily?! Meet gorgeous Nyx! You will fall in love with her blue black velvety fur and her adventurous personality. Sweet Nyx was left for dead in an isolated area ���� she is a gorgrous 5 year old energetic petite little girl who loves taking long leash walks and exploring the woods. Don't be fooled by her age of 5 years old, because she has kitten energy and needs an active home. She also loves to have kitty conversations, playing with her human and being carried around in her foster mom's arms and taking late night walks under the stars. Because she had to fight other cats for food to survive, she is terrified of other cats and must be an only kitty in the household. But don't worry! Nyx is a very active little girl and will keep her family or person very busy with adventures and conversation. When we found Nyx, her right eye was so injured, that we feared it would need to be removed. Thankfully, we were able to save her eye, have a root canal on her upper right canine to save the tooth and 2 broken teeth pulled She was emaciated with unhealed bite wounds. And through it all, she has remained trusting, sweet and fun. Kids 10 and up only. She becomes stressed out and anxious with loud voices, so a calmer home would be best for her. Nyx must be an indoor only kitty, going outside only for supervised leash walks. She cannot be declawed and no need! She loves her scratching pads, as well as the trees outside. She has never scratched anything in our home. She has excellent litterbox manners. Nyx has the most beautiful, silky, velvety, fur you will ever feel, and.....she sheds very little. Bonus, as we all know! We will transport farther distances for the purrfect family. We require 3 references and a vet check to make sure potential adopters took care of past and current pets, as well as a $75 adoption fee, to keep her safe. We can't wait to meet Nyx's new family!
