About Poca

Smaller 18 month or so intact female Belgian Malinois. we rescued her as a stray almost a year ago but we have 3 other dogs, two of which are Neapolitan Mastiff mixes and as she has become older, the female of the two is becoming more aggressive to her at times, and the last time the females mom jumped in and the two of them attacked her and resulted in her being hurt and she has a few scars from it. Our original dogs are a family, Mother, Father, Daughter, and we have had them for the better part of a decade so we cant give up the three for the sake of 1. They are being kept separate at the moment but we need to find a safe environment for her. She loves everyone, loves attention, is fairly energetic, she loves to be outside and run and play but she also loves to cuddle and nap. She needs a home with kids to keep her busy and a yard to run in. She likes to stand up on her hind legs and give hugs. She has slept with us every night since we got her and it breaks our heart to lose her but her safety is paramount. We are located in the San Antonio Texas area. She sleeps inside with my wife and I or with our son, she is allowed out to run and play during the day and has been fed meat, eggs, Greek yogurt and Diamond Naturals Active Cat Food, treated every quarter with Ivermectin/Prazyquitol/Paryntol for parasites, bathed with All Natural Shampoo, she has toys to chew on, she has had a good life since we found her as a puppy, abandoned in a homeless camp, and we only ask that you are able to continue to take care of her in this manner if you are going to respond.
