About Gambit

Gambit is a very loving and very social Bengal. He loves cuddling and chin scratches and talks when he eats. He does not do well with other pets at all, but he is excellent with humans and bonds very deeply with his person. I have had him all of his 13 yr life and over the last year and a half have had a job change that has me away from home and traveling really often. He's gotten very stressed and sad and his quality of life is not what I want for him. He is very very vocal and it can be a lot. He meows for specific reasons though, wanting fresh water or affection or his meals. He is older and healthy but has arthritis a bit so prefers flat soft surfaces. He sleeps against my feet every night I'm home. Gambit is so special to me and it makes me sad to be trying to find him a new home but he's really not happy with how our lives have changed. I'm hoping to find him a loving owner who can give him enrichment and love everyday for the few hours he's not napping and be his companion in his later years. He's very good with litter box and does well with cardboard scratchers esp with catnip.
