Meet Miss Scooby! She is a sweet, friendly, and incredibly smart 10-month-old, 50-pound puppy who is ready to find her forever home. Miss Scooby is a social butterfly who absolutely loves adults and greets everyone she meets with a warm heart. If you love road trips, she is the perfect co-pilot, as she is excellent in the car and spends her time calmly alternating between relaxing in the back and politely sniffing the fresh breeze out the window. She is also a brilliant, lightning-fast learner who aims to please. She mastered a doggy door completely on her own and learned the 'sit' command in just a few short minutes. This clever girl is already making fantastic progress with her house manners. She is completely house-trained when given access to a yard and sleeps peacefully through the entire night in her crate without any accidents. True to her puppy roots, she is a curious explorer who loves to collect shoes and socks to redecorate the house by dropping them in new spots, though she is a good girl who doesn't actually chew them or damage any household items. She will occasionally try her hand at 'counter surfing,' so her future family will just need to continue guiding her on boundaries. On walks, she is generally a fantastic leash partner who corrects immediately with a gentle tug if she gets excited and walks ahead. When passing other dogs on leash, she will politely stop and look. Miss Scooby is a high-energy youngster who loves other dogs, but she is still figuring out her play boundaries. Because of her size and enthusiasm, she would do best in a home with other large, playful, and active dogs who can match her energy and help teach her the ropes. If you are looking for a clever, affectionate, and adventurous large pup to grow with, Miss Scooby cannot wait to meet you. Miss Scooby is located in Houston, Tx and can be transported to most states for an additional $300 transport fee.
