About Atlas

Atlas is your average cat - a little weird and preoccupied with the bathtub, loves to be pet and is affectionate on his own terms, will tolerate claw clippings if you have two people involved (and treats), loves to be brushed, loves to chase lasers and spring toys. He's very quiet, too! I can count on one hand how many times I've heard him meow. My son is just a bit too rough with him no matter how much I try and teach him, and Atlas spends most of the time when I have my son hiding. The rest of the time, I'm at work and not home much to do anything other than sleep with him and some small pet sessions. Atlas would be best in a home where he is the only cat and there are no kids where he can get the attention he deserves (because he really is a sweet boy - he comes running up to see you when you come home). He only needs his rabies shot - I had a broken ankle during the time he was due (in June). Apart from the occasional hairball, he's a healthy cat with a healthy physique. I will include everything for him - a litterbox, whatever food he has left, all of his toys, his carrier, and his cat tower. I only ask you make a small donation to this site as a thank you for having this be a safe and kind option. Atlas was rescued outside as a newborn kitten abandoned by his mother, so he's only known the domestic lifestyle. He is NOT an outdoor cat. Please help give Atlas a very loving home!
