(DOB 09/22/2026) Due to Opal's young age, she has not been spayed yet. For this reason, we are only considering local placement (within a 1-hour drive time of Wake Forest NC). This precious little girl is an adorable bundle of puppy love, playful antics, and curious exploring! She's ready to fill her forever home with giggles, puppy kisses, and all the silly adventures that come with growing up. Do you have at least one playful pup? Great, Opal is looking for a home with both 2-legged and 4-legged family members. At her young age, another doggie sibling to show her 'how to properly dog' is important for her development. Since she is young, if there are cats in the home, it is likely she will learn the ropes from them pretty quickly. Kids, older the better, as Opal doesn't quite understand not to jump up yet or nibble on little fingers and toes. Opal is, also, looking for a family with plenty of time, patience, and love to help her learn the ropes through positive-reinforcement training, potty and crate training, walks, and all those important puppy lessons. So, she will need at least one family member home the majority of each day as she grows from puppy to young adult. If you're ready for the fun, occasional mischief, and endless love that come with raising a puppy, Opal can't wait to find her happily-ever-after! As part of Opal's $325 adoption fee, she will be spayed, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on her monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered.
