About Henry

Henry is a handsome 1 1/2 year old Lab/Shepherd mix with a big personality, plenty of energy, and a whole lot of untapped potential. Like many dogs who have spent too much of their young lives in a shelter, Henry hasn't had the opportunity to learn the manners and life skills that most family dogs pick up while growing up in a home. What Henry needs most is a person willing to see beyond his shelter behavior and invest the time to help him become the dog he was born to be. A home with plenty pf room to run, play, and burn off energy would be ideal for this young guy. Henry can be unsure around children, so an adult-only home is recommended while he adjusts to family life, and learns confidence. Henry has every opportunity to blossom into a loyal companion. If you are a fit, please apply to adopt Henry. He needs YOU! Henry's adoption fee is $125 and includes first vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and neuter. We have a dog park to check compatibility with possible sibling dogs if needed. Please fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you in 2-3 days.
