A1945680 Located At: Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department - Eastside Description: My name is Max and I am a neutered male, tan German Shepherd Dog mix. I have been available for adoption since May 27, 2026. Age: The shelter thinks I am about 2 years old. Weight: I weigh approximately 63.00 lbs. More Info: I have been at the shelter since May 27, 2026. **Meet Max! ** Max is a handsome 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with energy to spare and the makings of a wonderful adventure buddy! He loves exploring outdoors, enjoys his walks, and could make an excellent running companion. Max has an independent side, but he's happy to accept a neck scratch and has shown he can greet some dogs nicely. He's still discovering all the fun life has to offer and will thrive with exercise, guidance, and time to settle in. Max has also received treatment for an ear infection and a skin irritation on his face. He may need follow-up care with his veterinarian to ensure everything continues to heal. If you're looking for a spirited companion to join you on walks, runs, and outdoor adventures, Max may be your perfect match. Come meet this handsome boy and discover your next great adventure together! ??
