About Freeway

Freeway the handsome Shepherd mix's Story ARRIVING IN WISCONSIN Saturday October 17th- Meet Freeway, a handsome 6-month-old male Shepherd mix arriving in Wisconsin on October 17th! This adorable boy currently weighs about 24 pounds, and we anticipate he'll be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. With his fluffy black and tan coat, adorable ears, and sweet expression, Freeway is one good-looking pup who's ready to find his forever family! Like any typical puppy, Freeway is still learning about the world around him and would love a family to help him grow into the best boy he can be! Shepherd mixes are often intelligent, active, and eager to learn, so he'll benefit from continued training, socialization, exercise, and plenty of mental stimulation. His future family should be prepared to continue working on potty training, leash manners, and establishing a consistent routine as he settles into his new home. Health & Vetting: Freeway is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, tested heartworm negative, dewormed, and microchipped. He will come with medical records and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian confirming good health prior to transport. He will be current on Flea and Heartworm prevention upon adoption. Adoption Details: He will arrive in Muskego, WI on Saturday, October 17th. He will be available to meet (and go home if it is a good fit) to the first family who has placed a deposit to hold him exclusively for them prior to arrival. Dogs that do not receive a deposit prior to transport will be available to meet at our upcoming adoption events or by appointment with his foster family, no deposit required. Adoption Fee: $500 Deposit: $250 (applied toward adoption fee) The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable, so long as you show up for your scheduled meeting. We kindly ask that you are serious about adopting before placing a deposit, as we only accept one per dog.
