About Candy

Candy the Hound puppy's Story Arriving in WI on Saturday, October 17th! Meet Candy, an adorable 3-month-old female Hound mix arriving in Wisconsin on October 17th! With her beautiful reddish-brown coat, floppy ears, and soulful puppy eyes, this little sweetheart is ready to steal some hearts! Candy is still a growing puppy, and while we don't know her exact breed combination, we anticipate she'll be a medium-sized dog when fully grown. Like any typical puppy, Candy is at the perfect age to start learning all about life with a loving family! Hound mixes are often curious, playful, and affectionate companions who enjoy exploring the world around them. Candy will benefit from continued potty training, leash training, socialization, and plenty of patience as she adjusts to her new home. Her future family should be ready for all the fun, love, and occasional mischief that comes with raising a puppy! Health & Vetting: She is up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. She will come with medical records and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian confirming good health prior to transport. She will be current on Flea and Heartworm prevention upon adoption. Adoption Details: She will arrive in Muskego, WI on Saturday, October 17th. She will be available to meet (and go home if it is a good fit) to the first family who has placed a deposit to hold her exclusively for them. Dogs that do not receive a deposit prior to transport will be available to meet at our adoption events or by appointment with their foster family, no deposit required. Adoption Fee: $500 Deposit: $250 (applied toward adoption fee) The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable, so long as you show up for your scheduled meeting. We kindly ask that you are serious about adopting before placing a deposit, as we only accept one per dog.
