About TRON

MEET TRON - OUR SWEET LITTLE SCHNAUZER MIX! READ ENTIRE BIO. Meet Tron, an adorable 14-pound male Schnauzer mix who is almost 1 year old! Tron is a sweet, gentle boy who can be a little shy at first. He needs time to feel safe and trust new people, but once he does, he's an absolute lovebug! He's submissive and sometimes gets nervous when approached or picked up, occasionally having a little accident when excited or scared. Once comfortable, Tron is playful, affectionate, and loves his toys! He's made wonderful progress in foster care and continues to gain confidence every day. A LITTLE MORE ABOUT TRON: - House-trained and sleeps through the night. - Good with small dogs and larger, mellow dogs. Very energetic dogs may overwhelm him. - Another friendly dog would be helpful but isn't required. - Loves toys, gentle play, and exploring the yard. - Walks well on a leash and enjoys his walks. - Crate-trained but prefers a playpen. - May bark at sudden noises or unfamiliar visitors. - Enjoys company but does well when left alone. - Best suited for a calm home without small children. IMPORTANT - TRON'S MEDICAL HISTORY Tron recently recovered from a very serious leg fracture. Although he's young, playful, and active, his physical activity needs to be limited long-term. He can enjoy gentle play and some running, but rough play, excessive running, and high-impact activities should be avoided. NO jumping on or off couches, beds, or elevated furniture! His future family must understand his limitations and be committed to protecting his previously injured leg. TRON'S PERFECT HOME We're looking for a patient, loving family who will give Tron time to adjust, build his confidence, and provide a safe environment that respects his physical limitations. Tron is a wonderful, well-behaved little boy who deserves a family that will love him just the way he is.
