About Blaze

My name is Blaze. I am a happy six year Border Collie/Lab mix (my best guess). My owners are elderly and even though they love me dearly, I weigh 69 pounds and sometimes they trip over me. They will both be having surgeries within the next 3 months so I need to find a young family who needs me to protect and play with them. I am leash trained, house-trained and love riding in the car or truck. I am healthy because my owners have taken me to the vet as needed so I am up to date on vaccines and I am heart worm negative. I've never been around cats, but I get along with most dogs. I like humans�'�| adults and kiddos. I am protective of my humans and bark when the door bell rings but once I know that the person is welcome in the house I am happy with them. I am terrified of thunderstorms, but medicine from the vet helps with my anxiety. If you are looking to adopt a 'good boy' who is handsome and happy please consider meeting me.
