Sweet Izzy needs immediate help. She is in a full shelter with no hope of getting out. IZZY (A435605) is much smaller than she appears in this close-up pic A few things about me... *2-year-old female mixed breed *weighs 28 pounds *not spayed yet but she will be *heartworm negative *owner surrender along with 2 other dogs Waffle and Brandi *shy; she shows her sweet side once she feels safe with you *quiet and calm in and out of kennel *welcomes pets and attention *submissive, she wants to trust and please *gentle treat taker *since she is a little shy and having to adjust to a completely different lifestyle we recommend a secure yard, and for Izzy to be accompanied when outside just to ensure her safety as she settles in Izzy was surrendered to our shelter along with 2 other dogs 'Waffle' and 'Brandi' by no fault of their own. Izzy was shy and nervous at first but once she saw I meant her no harm, she relaxed and welcomed my pets. Izzy wants to trust and love. The shelter environment is scary for her. She's confused and doesn't know what is going on in her life right now. We know that once she gets a loving home she will thrive from any love and attention. She is new to leashes and has picked up walking on them quickly. She wants to please and is treat motived which helps when learning new things. Please come meet Izzy, she needs you!
