About Compass

These two dogs need a home asap!! This is Rufus,#A012935, now Compass and Lotta, #a012936, now Calibrate from the arc shelter of the inland empire are safe. On October 3, 2026, Rufus,#A012935 and Lotta, #a012936 from the arc shelter of the inland empire we rescued these two amazing dogs. The little terrier/dachshund mix is a twelve-year-old neutered male whose new name is Compass. Lotta, now Calibrate, the 10 year old Aussie mix is actually a spayed female, not male as earlier believed. These two are bonded, and would not be listed without each other, hence the names! We didn't even hear about them until an hour before their deadline. We reached out to the shelter and asked for more time. We knew we could at least get a temporary foster. The difficulty was transportation. We also had to apply to become an adoption partner. We completed that before we found transportation. We did find transportation and rescued them today. These two are in a temporary foster home and we do need to get a forever home asap! Share and help us get Compass and Calibrate into a forever home.
