Meet Cece - A Sweet Little Girl Looking for Her Forever Home Cece is a 2-year-old Morkie weighing about 10 pounds, and she is just the sweetest little companion. She has a gentle, loving heart and, once she feels safe and comfortable with you, she wants nothing more than to be right by your side. She loves being brushed, going for car rides, and simply being with her person. Cece is a sensitive and somewhat timid girl, so her new family will need to give her some time to decompress and adjust. New people, new places, and unfamiliar situations can be overwhelming for her, and she may not immediately warm up to everyone. She needs someone who will let her come out of her shell at her own pace, without rushing her. But once Cece trusts you, her sweet personality really shines. She becomes loving, affectionate, and incredibly attached to her person. She just wants to feel safe, loved, and included. At her foster home, Cece has been living with two older children and has done well with them. She also lives with her foster dog sibling and bonded with her fairly quickly. Cece is comfortable with calm dogs, but any potential dog sibling should meet her in a neutral location and have the opportunity to interact off-leash in a safe, controlled environment, allowing them to get to know each other naturally. Cece also really loves having her person around and may cry when left alone, so she would do best in a home where someone is around much of the time and she won't regularly be alone for long periods. Cece's Perfect Home Cece isn't looking for a home where she has to be the life of the party or immediately love everyone she meets. She is looking for someone patient, gentle, and understanding who will give her the time she needs to feel safe. And we truly believe the reward will be worth it. Once Cece decides you're her person, she will want to be your little shadow. She has so much love to give and just needs someone willing to help her find her confidence. If you're looking for a sweet little companion who will eventually follow you around, curl up beside you, and become completely devoted to you, Cece may be your girl. She doesn't need a perfect home. She needs a patient heart, a little time, and someone who will love her enough to let her blossom.
