Meet Lucy Chen, a 2-year-old, 48lb., total sweetheart who has transitioned into her foster home completely seamlessly. She has proven herself to be an absolute dream of a houseguest and is ready to find her permanent spot on someone's couch. Inside the house, Lucy behaves beautifully and is fully potty trained. When it is time to unwind, she is an expert relaxer who loves to lounge on the couch, chill in her own bed, or humorously steal one of the smaller dogs' beds just to hang out. Lucy is an absolute gem with other pups and is highly submissive. Her foster home includes a few little dogs who can occasionally be loud and reactive, but instead of feeding into the drama, Lucy remains completely calm and unbothered, making introductions smooth and stress-free. Alongside her sweet nature, she has a hilarious, mischievous side driven by her absolute love for food. She is a clever girl who quickly figured out that kitchen counters can hold delicious treasures, so her future family will just need to keep snacks out of her reach. This gentle girl is incredibly people-oriented and enjoys getting outside for regular walks, where she is already improving her leash manners every day. Because she loves being around humans, Lucy does experience some separation anxiety and feels much more secure when someone is home with her. Overall, Lucy Chen is a loving, wonderful companion who just wants to be a true part of the family.
