About Daisy

Hello, friends, it's Daisy! I'm a 3-year-old, 11-pound Maltese girl, and I have the cutest smiley face, if I do say so myself. I ended up at a local shelter and so happy the ladies at FCCR picked me up. I'm ready for a new chapter filed with love, fun and lots of spoiling. My favorite spot is my front window, where I watch the world go by and give a quick bark to let you know someone's coming. My foster neighbors even stop to watch me�'�|I'm just that cute! When I want pets, food, or a walk, I stand up on my hind legs and wave my front paws at you. If I'm really feeling it, I'll plop down right in front of you and beg for belly rubs (see my video). I'm a sweet, curious girl who loves to follow you around and lie next to you. Walks and car rides are two of my very favorite things! I'm easy on the leash, though a bike zooming by might get my attention. I'm good with other dogs and haven't met any cats yet. I'd probably be ok with older, dog-savvy kids. Toys aren't really my thing, but food is! I'll watch your every move in the kitchen and I'm gentle taking treats and never beg. I sleep in my crate and I'm crate trained, but I tried the big bed and oohh, I really liked it and I was a perfect sleeping buddy. I have good house manners in my foster home�'�|I know how to use pee pads and I go outside too. I'm a very good girl and will just need a little time and patience when I settle into a new home to learn your routines.
