About Waffle

*9-months-old male Labrador mix *weighs 28 pounds *not neutered yet but he will be *heartworm negative *owner surrender along with 2 other female dogs 'Izzy' and 'Brandi' *shy at first but sweet; he relaxes once he sees you mean him no harm *quiet and calm *he's learning to trust and will allow pets once he feels safe with you *since he is scared and having to adjust to a completely different lifestyle we recommend a secure yard, and for Waffle to be accompanied on leash when outside just to ensure his safety as he settles in Waffle was surrendered to our shelter along with 2 other dogs 'Izzy' and 'Brandi' by no fault of their own. He's a little nervous and shy at first. He wants to trust though and as long as you go slow he welcomes your pets. The noisy and unfamiliar shelter environment can be a scary place. He's overwhelmed and confused as he doesn't know what is going on in his life right now. Waffle desperately needs a family to love and new home quickly. He is new to learning being on the leash and will need a patient and understanding adopter who is willing to take things slow as he settles in. Please come meet Waffle, he needs a home quickly!
